My First Entry

So here I am, starting a blog about 10 years after I said I would...but I finally came around to admit that the singular topic I am more comfortable with, more consumed by—more obsessed with—more inspired by...is eating! Ok, perhaps not the most novel blog topic, but this will be a place where I can share my most enjoyable dining encounters, past favorites, cravings and future adventures.
